The Forder's Gym mission is to provide inspiration, purpose, and a community to those with a desire to be better.

This DEKA FIT Birmingham Road Show is a slimmed down version of the big show featuring the same 10 functional fitness zones preceded by a 500-meter run as all DEKA FIT events, giving you the opportunity to earn your DEKA FIT Mark, DEKA Trifecta, and Finishers Shirt & Medals! Additionally, DEKA FIT Marks from this roadshow will be added to the Global Leaderboard which means you can also qualify at this event for the 2024 DEKA World Championships!

Our premier fitness event combines ten functional training zones (DEKA Zones), each preceded by 500M of running, totaling a 5K.

10 zones

The zones begin with basic movements that progressively target more of the body. The final zones, 6-10, demand 100% full-body focus, ensuring a comprehensive and brutal workout.

DEKA offers various heat types to cater to different fitness levels, starting from the ‘Open’ level and advancing in intensity up to the ‘Elite’ level.
